Chocolates
Champagne Truffles – Made with dark Valrhona chocolate, cognac (yes, which is what is in most champagne truffles), and textura’s fizzy candies. The fizzy is very subtle – though if you gobble these up, you probably won’t notice it, so slow down.
Beet Chocolate – Beet filled chocolate? What! Yep. It turns into everyone’s favorite. Dark chocolate, filled with farmers market beets, roasted in spices, and pureed with sugar and orange extract, made into a ganache. And it counts as a vegetable.
Mahlab Chocolates – Mahlab is the seed, or pip, of middle eastern cherries – it has a very subtle cherry flavor that makes chocolate extra amazing.
Bourbon and Tea – Bourbon and Earl Grey tea
infused dark chocolate, sweetened with honey.
Death in the Afternoon – A champagne cocktail made with absinthe and sugar in champagne, reinterpreted into a chocolate.
Champagne Truffles – Made with dark Valrhona chocolate, cognac, carbonated crystals. This also has a bit of a crunch and fizz (if you savor it). These also have a hand painted transfer sheet topping – with bubbles and gold disco dust.
